Food Safety and Sanitation Certification Training
We offer the National Restaurant Association Education Foundation ServSafe®
15 hour Certification training course. Training is offered on-site at your location
anywhere in the United States including off-shore platform locations. This 2
day session is designed for ALL team members who handle food! Supervisors, Chefs,
Cooks, Stewards, Managers, Dishwashers, Business Owners, etc.! The course meets
State and Local regulatory requirements in all states requiring 15 hours of
class instruction. In order to sit for the exam, 15 hours of in-class instruction
are required. A score of 75% or better is needed on the exam in order to receive
certification. Certification is valid for a 5 year period. Also available is
a 2hour ServSafe® “ First Steps to Food Safety” program for
both front of the house and back of the house staff. The “First Steps
to Food Safety” is a non-certification ServSafe® designed course.
